Module 3 - International and Intercultural Communication & Negotiation Skills
COURSE CONTENTS:
The course focuses on the acquisition of specific skills for negotiators and intercultural negotiators, both in traditional negotiations and in those at high level of stress. Emphasis is placed on literature relating to "conversation analysis", understanding of Conversational Moves, specific communication skills such as conversation management and Turn-Taking, as well as the ability to center important topics (Topic-Setting), or shifting conversations (Topic-Shifting and Content Management), recognizing the causes of errors, "misunderstanding" and "disagreement", and effective negotiation strategies.
The course also examines the concept of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) indispensable to face situations with full awareness and high emotional resources. It also treats
• Mental skills (Mental Training) and the ability to act under stressful conditions
• The comfort, challenge and overreaching zones
• Visualization techniques and relaxation techniques
• Emotional leadership (EMLEAD)
• The Four Distances Model for the study of incommunicability (4DM)
• The strategic role of active listening and empathy in every communication situation and in particular in negotiation

Module 4 - International and Intercultural Communication & Negotiation Skills, advanced
• Verbal communication, the choice of words, verbs, adjectives - communication styles and stretching of communication styles
• The tone of voice and the management of paralinguistic communication
• Holistic communication
• Non-verbal communication and body language

L'azienda può scegliere il corso tra le proposte che seguono o chiedere una personalizzazione dei contenuti.
